About The Project

Raj Medical & Healthcare Center is a visionary initiative by the Asiatic Charitable Trust, located in Parali, Raigad. For over a decade, the trust has been serving the local population through OPD and dental services, building strong community trust and understanding the evolving healthcare needs of the region.

Recognizing the lack of accessible hospital services for nearby Adivasi and rural populations, the trust conceptualized the development of a 50-bedded secondary care hospital to provide comprehensive and affordable treatment closer to home.

Nayesha Healthcare has been engaged as a strategic partner to support this project from planning to execution and beyond. The engagement began with market feasibility analysis, identifying the healthcare demand, service gaps, and optimal positioning of the hospital within the region. This ensured that the project is aligned with real community needs while maintaining long-term viability.

A strong focus has been placed on financial modeling and project structuring, enabling the trust to plan investments, optimize resources, and build a financially sustainable model. Nayesha Healthcare is also leading departmental planning and medical planning, ensuring efficient layout design, proper service mix, and smooth patient flow. In addition, detailed equipment planning and procurement guidance is being provided to ensure cost-effective and need-based investments, avoiding unnecessary capital expenditure while maintaining quality standards.
