About the Project

Revival Hospital was conceptualized with a clear vision — to create a modern, high-quality orthopedic care center under the leadership of renowned orthopedic surgeon Dr. Milind Patil. Nayesha Healthcare was entrusted with the responsibility of transforming this vision into a fully functional, world-class healthcare facility. From the initial stages, Nayesha Healthcare worked closely with the promoter to understand the clinical requirements, patient expectations, and long-term growth goals. The project involved end-to-end hospital planning, designing, and execution, ensuring that every aspect of the facility aligned with both operational efficiency and clinical excellence.

The hospital was developed as a 50-bedded, NABH-compliant institution, with a strong focus on infrastructure planning, patient flow optimization, and adherence to quality and safety standards. Special attention was given to designing a highly efficient layout that supports seamless coordination between departments and enhances the overall patient experience.

A key highlight of the project is the advanced Operation Theatre (OT) complex, which includes two robotic OTs, positioning Revival Hospital at the forefront of modern surgical care. The OT design focused on sterility, workflow efficiency, and integration of advanced technology to support precision-driven orthopedic procedures. Throughout the project, Nayesha Healthcare ensured meticulous coordination between architects, vendors, and clinical teams, delivering a facility that meets international standards while remaining practical and scalable.

Today, Revival Hospital stands as a state-of-the-art orthopedic center, reflecting the successful transformation of a visionary idea into a high-performance healthcare institution.
