About the Project

New Life Hospital is a dream project of Dr. Satish Thakur and Dr. Shyamli Thakur, envisioned as a modern, high-quality healthcare center dedicated to pediatric and gynecological care. With a strong commitment to delivering specialized and compassionate services, the promoters aimed to create a state-of-the-art facility focused on mother and child health.

Nayesha Healthcare has been closely involved in transforming this vision into a structured and executable project by providing end-to-end planning and design support. The engagement includes comprehensive hospital planning, architectural design, and infrastructure development, ensuring that every aspect of the facility aligns with clinical requirements and operational efficiency.

A key focus has been on developing a functional and patient-friendly layout, optimizing patient flow across OPD, IPD, labour room, and neonatal care areas. Special attention has been given to Operation Theatre (OT) planning and design, ensuring adherence to safety standards, sterility protocols, and efficient workflow to support both routine and advanced procedures.

In addition, Nayesha Healthcare is supporting MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) design, ensuring that all technical systems are seamlessly integrated with the hospital infrastructure for safe and uninterrupted operations.
